Andre Thomas

Mr. Thomas is a Principal in M&A Strategy at Phoenix, where he focuses on driving strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Phoenix, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development, M&A, and Strategy at Global Atlantic, KKR insurance arm. Mr. Thomas began his career in investment banking, holding roles at PJT Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America, with a focus on Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
