David Silvera

Mr. Silvera is the CEO of Phoenix Pi, a principal investment vehicle for partial and full equity control positions. He was previously President of Lubert Adler, a $3 billion AUM private real estate advisory firm with a 27-year history of innovative investing in CRE. Mr. Silvera previously led Alternative Real Estate Asset Management for ORIX USA. Prior to that role, he was Head of Corporate Development and Chief Operating Officer for Angel Oak Companies, where he helped orchestrate the growth of its vertically integrated asset management and residential mortgage businesses. Previously, Mr. Silvera co-founded Rosemont Investment Partners, a specialist private equity firm focused on making minority investments in asset and wealth management businesses. In addition, he spent four years in the international wine trade in the US and France.
