Tim Loughlin

Mr. Loughlin is a Managing Director at Phoenix, focusing on the firm’s Capital Formation strategy across its private credit, middle-market financing, and mortgage asset management platforms. Prior to Phoenix, he was a Managing Director for the Asset-Based Lending business at ORIX Corporation USA. He co-founded CapFlow Funding and Newgate Capital Holdings and spent 14 years at Merrill Lynch, including as Group Head of the European ABL platform.
