Ziva Manczyk

Ms. Manczyk is a Principal at Phoenix, serving as Chief Administrative Officer. She manages the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations and leads the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures that support organizational effectiveness and growth. Prior to joining Phoenix, Ms. Manczyk was Director of Investor Solutions at ORIX USA, focusing on Asia (KB Insurance, LINA Life Insurance, Mirae, and Kiwoom Asset Mgmt). She previously spent 15 years at Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers in various roles across the Equity Sales and Trading desks.
